Terrell N. Musgrove III

Terrell N. Musgrove III, AIA, joined Houston-headquartered civil engineering firm Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam Inc., as a program manager. In this role, he will be responsible for planning, executing and finalizing the design and construction of K-12, higher education and federal projects. Musgrove has nearly 30 years of experience managing education, federal and health care projects of various sizes from inception to completion. Previously, he served as architect-of-record and project manager at Pasadena, Calif.-headquartered Jacobs Engineering where his responsibilities included providing architectural design, construction documents, construction specifications and construction administration services. Musgrove received a bachelor’s degree in environmental design and a master’s degree in architecture from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a registered architect in Texas. He also is a licensed architect in California and Utah.
