Jack Chin

Quinn Evans Architects announced that Jack Chin, AIA, has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C., office as a senior architect. Chin has 16 years of design experience in the U.S. and overseas, working primarily in the Washington, D.C., Philadelphia and New York City markets. His recent work includes the planning and design of a new 200,000-square-foot secondary school for Arlington Public Schools in Arlington, Va., and he served as project designer for the award-winning Abraham Joshua Heschel School in New York. In his new role with Quinn Evans Architects, Chin will be involved in the modernization of Stratford Middle School in Arlington, which will be a major renovation and expansion of the historic building that will transform the school into a modern learning environment for 1,300 students. Chin holds a Master of Science in architecture and urban design from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Temple University.
