William A. Stice

The Association for Learning Environments (A4LE) has named William A. Stice, REFP, chair of the International Board of Directors. Stice, client development specialist in the Facilities Department of Terracon’s Houston office, assumed the role at the recent LearningSCAPES Conference held in Atlanta. Joining Stice on the Executive Committee of the organization are Philip Idle, AARIA, as vice chair and Julie Williams, chair-elect. With more than 23 years of construction management experience and coordination and supervision of all phases of building programs, Stice honed his skills in the third largest school district in Texas. Most importantly, Stice has proven his ability to develop the team work needed to enable successful completion of any project. His broad experience in construction management and operations of educational facilities has given him extensive experience in the coordination and supervision of all phases of building programs. An active member of A4LE since 1990, he has held several leadership roles including Southern Region president and director of the Gulf Coast chapter.
