Turner Construction Company also promoted Dave Robinson to senior vice president and general manager of Florida. Robinson joined Turner’s Boston office in 1986 as a field engineer, transferring to the Connecticut office in 1990. There, he served as a superintendent and a cost engineer and completed engineering and estimating assignments with both the main office and the Special Projects Division. In 2000, he served an assignment at HOCHTIEF in Germany, returning to the Connecticut office in 2002. In 2003, he was promoted to project manager, and in 2005, he transferred to the Miami office to serve as manager of its Special Projects Division. He was named vice president and general manager of Special Projects in 2008. In 2011, he was promoted to vice president and general manager of Florida, his most recent role.
