SAN DIEGO — The grand opening celebration for the new Student Services Center at San Diego Miramar College was held on Sept. 4. The center is a three-story, $39.5 million project encompassing 76,000 gross square feet. Construction on the project began on Jan. 31, 2011 and ended on March 25, 2013.
