OXFORD — Construction at the new Talawanda High School has fallen behind the district’s original schedule.The new school is now projected to be complete as late as Oct. 4, 2011, manager Bob Pollitt, of general contractor Skillman Corp., told the school board during a regular meeting Monday, Oct. 18.
