PHILADELPHIA, Pa.-CoverSports USA, a manufacturer of protective covers for gym floors, sports fields and tennis courts, has announced its acquisition of Apex Athletic Equipment. Apex’s line of equipment, including floor and wall mats, track and field mats and safety wall cushions, will now be manufactured at CoverSports USA’s plant in this city. Mike Lanzano has joined CoverSports USA as general manager of the Apex product line.
