Board Backs Belmont Middle School Conversion Concept In Construction Plan

The Board of Supervisors last night voted to support a Capital Improvement Program for the school system that includes the potential conversion of Belmont Ridge Middle School into a high school, a notion that gave some board members concerns, but many noted that the plan had time to be fully-vetted before a final decision is made to implement the project.
