Antonio Perez, a member of the beleaguered Luther Burbank School District Board of Trustees, was arraigned on felony and misdemeanors charges in Santa Clara County Superior Court today amid allegations he voted to give Blach Construction millions in contracts while being paid as a subcontractor for Blach.
