Paul Garland

Legat & Kingscott LLC recently chose Paul Garland to represent the company as its overall firm manager. In his new position, Garland is responsible for client service, quality documentation, staffing and office performance. He will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring that profitability levels are maintained and improved by working directly with clients to oversee the efforts of architectural teams and support staff. Garland has more than 16 years experience in the architecture industry. With a Master of Architecture degree from Boston Architectural College and a B.S. in Architecture from Ohio State University, Garland has participated in various design teams for the firm’s higher education practice. He is a licensed architect and a LEED Professional, certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
