Temperature Reducing Coating
Coat ‘N’ Cool, designed as an effective and long-lasting reflective coating, offers proprietary cool roof products in various colors including Basecoat White, Topcoat Antique White, Topcoat Butter Cream and Topcoat Siltstone. The four popular colors recently earned an Energy Star rating for their ability to lower roof surface temperature, decreasing the amount of heat transferred into a building and reducing air conditioning costs. It can also lower interior temperatures by 8 degrees to 12 degrees and cut peak cooling demand by 10 percent to15 percent, according to the company.
