Will Hodges, a 23-year industry veteran has been named president for the Candence McShane Construction Company, a general contractor, design-build and construction management services firm. With experience in practical construction services and the real estate industry, Hodges’ responsibilities now include overseeing the strategic growth and comprehensive operations of the company, including estimating, accounting, administration and marketing. Prior to joining Cadence McShane, he served as senior vice president of Adolfson & Peterson Construction, providing direct management and operations on behalf of the general contracting firm. Some of his project experiences include undertakings for the health care industry, as well as for the K-12 and higher education sectors. With a bachelor’s of science degree in construction science from Texas A&M University, Hodges serves as a member of The Real Estate Council, TEXO, and the Texas A&M University Construction Advisory Council. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens.
