AECOM has announced the promotion of Brian Mihalcin, AIA, to Architecture Practice Lead for the firm’s Cleveland office. In his new role, Mihalcin will be responsible for managing and expanding a collaborative studio with a diverse portfolio of local and national projects. Mihalcin brings 30 years of experience with healthcare, K-12, higher education and federal clients to the position. He has served the firm as an associate principal since 2019, prior to which he worked with URS Corporation, an AECOM company, as a senior project manager. Mihalcin earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture from Kent State University.
