Concrete delays construction of new elementary school

HUBER HEIGHTS Large amounts of concrete, rebar and debris discovered underground at the site of the new Wright Brothers Elementary School has already led to nearly $350,000 in unexpected costs and set the project back by between two to four weeks.Construction manager Daniel Brown said removing the subterranean concrete costs about $60,000 per day, and it is unknown how much debris remains.
