Perma-Column pre-cast concrete piers by Heartland Perma-Column are ideal for inclusion in economical, efficient and eco-friendly school and university buildings, and eliminate the need to put treated wood into the ground where it is more likely to decay. Perma-Column piers come in six sizes to fit a variety of post-frame building posts. Installation includes bracketing a wood post or laminated column on top and placing it in the ground 4 feet deep. This puts the wood post at least 12 inches above grade, so it may be treated or untreated.

This hybrid polymer sealant was designed for horizontal expansion joints in swimming pool decks, sidewalks and other applications. HS-1 SL is packaged in a convenient, easy-to-use 62-ounce pouch that has a shelf life of twelve months. The product comes with an application tip for easy application to joints, and the foil pouch is re-sealable for future use.
