Bay Area School District Adds Affordable Staff Housing
SVA Architects and Oakland’s own general contractor J.H. Fitzmaurice have finished their design-build effort on 705 Serramonte, an affordable housing community for the staff and faculty of Jefferson Union High School District (JUHSD).
