Lockers and Plastic Locker Bottoms
Penco lockers offer a high degree of ventilation and are constructed with heavy-gauge steel to withstand rugged use, the company says. Their locker line ranges from open front stadium lockers to team lockers and corridor units. The Penco locker line can also now be equipped with a solid plastic bottom for use in wet areas where rusting can be a problem. Manufactured in various sizes, the Tuff-Stuff locker bottoms can be ordered with new lockers or as inserts or replacements for existing lockers.
Components come in two styles; the Original version is designed to replace a steel unit while the Renew version is designed as an insert for retrofit installation and sits on top of existing steel bottoms. Each Renew plastic bottom is supplied with four self-tapping zinc-coated fasteners and requires no special tools to install.
Tuff-Stuff locker parts are constructed of polypropylene. The drip-lip edge on the top surface prevents moisture from leaking down the sides and bottom of the locker, according to the company. Lockers are available with a variety of ventilation options, door styles, and handle types, including Vanguard, door pull, stainless steel recessed, and spring loaded positive latch.
