Technical Concepts Acquires Bentfield

MUNDELEIN, Ill. — Technical Concepts, a designer and manufacturer of hygiene products for washroom, announced the acquisition of Bentfield International, BV, a Dutch manufacturer specializing in washrooms dispensing systems.

Bentfield designs and produces soap and air freshening systems, including foam soap, spray soap and toilet seat cleaners. Technical Concepts automated products include faucets, flushers, odor control systems, toilet and urinal cleaning systems, and soap systems.

Combined, the two companies will operate five facilities and 2,000 independent distributor locations worldwide.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
