Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing introduces its Sure-Seal butyl membrane waterproofing system made of vulcanized elastomer. The system can be applied at virtually any temperature and is impermeable to water and water vapor, according to the company. Puncture resistance combined with tensile strength and elongation allow the product to adjust to building movement. The system can be used to waterproof walls, foundations and subgrade construction. It is available in sheets up to 20 feet x 100 feet with precut and prefabricated shapes.
