Turner & Townsend Acquires Busby

HOUSTON — Global consulting company Turner & Townsend acquired Busby & Associates, a provider of project management services in Houston and the Southwest.

Busby & Associates has clients in the education, healthcare and public sectors. The company’s CEO Ken Busby, who will retire, started his career with Turner & Townsend. The consulting firm founded in 1946 that provides cost management and project services, program management and management consulting for public and private sector projects.

“Ken Busby started his career at Turner & Townsend in England more than 40 years ago,” says Martin Sudweeks, Turner & Townsend’s North American CEO. “Now that he is retiring, it is a very high compliment that he entrusts all he has built to us. Adding the Busby & Associates employees and clients to our Houston operations will further enhance our service offerings and deepen our client base in the region.”
