Melrose’s newest garden is taking shape at the Hoover Elementary School where this week, planting beds were constructed by James Construction of Melrose, and soil was delivered by Weiss Farm in Stoneham. The project is spearheaded by Hoover parents Amanda Jaggers and Maureen Wozniak, with donations from Melrose and area businesses, Hoover parents and many others.
