NEW ULM – It is shaping up to be a relatively routine summer construction season for District 88. During its last meeting in March, the School Board approved capital facility project bids totaling $265,477. In separate action, the board also approved $373,693 in window replacement contracts for Jefferson and Washington Elementary Schools.
