Anderson Union High School District authorities have hired a consultant to study whether it can garner enough support to pass a $24.5 million school construction bond needed to modernize facilities at West Valley and Anderson Union high schools.
Construction crews are working to put the finishing touches on the two newest schools in Clayton County, so they can be ready for students when the 2010-2011 school year begins in August.

RIDGEWOOD A growing number of parents are opposed to The Valley Hospital’s plan to double in size, fearing years of construction will expose middle school students to health hazards and disruptions in learning.
