BRADENTON — The Manatee County School Board on Monday will vote on whether it will authorize a school construction bond to help finance construction of the Manatee High School Davis Building replacement.

2 students injured as man opens fire at SoCal school, construction workers tackle suspect.

CARLSBAD, Calif. – Police say two students were injured when a man opened fire at a San Diego-area elementary school. He was quickly tackled by bystanders, and the children suffered only minor injuries to their arms.
