Hurricane-Resistant Windows

E-Series Windows from Kalwall integrate clear glass with translucent panels for hurricane-resistant windows and curtainwalls. The clear glazing is five-feet wide and up to three-feet high. All systems are based on a structural composite sandwich panel formed by permanently bonding, under heat and pressure, specially formulated, fiverglass-reinforced translucent faces to a grid core construction of interlocked I-beams. During the manufacturing process, panels can be infilled with various densities of translucent insulation.
