InoviaPods follow certain building, electrical, HVAC and plumbing protocol to meet specific size, layout and finish requirements. Made to be fire-proof as well as resist water, pests, mold, and mildew, the bathroom pods are know to be non-toxic materials, meeting health and safety standards, according to the company.
