The new combinations provide consistent, reliable performance designed to help architects, engineers, contractors and building owners lower water usage while maintaining performance expectations.
Blower Coil
Titus HVAC, a leader in air management, recently upgraded and expanded its blower coil product line to better serve users with an efficient, low-cost method of cooling and heating. These compact air handlers come in both horizontal and vertical alignments and can be mounted to either a floor or ceiling. The company does not use sulfates (skin, eye and lung irritants), synthetic fragrances (irritants that also include phthalates that are endocrine disruptors), colorants or strong harsh preservatives, making them ideal for use in school and university settings.
Industrial Panels
ECOR Industrial Panels, developed and manufactured by Noble Environmental Technologies (NET) Corporation, use a new technology that reduces conventional panel weight by up to 75 percent while retaining flexural strength. This is accomplished by configuring the ECOR components into various hollow geometric patterns in the core of the panel. Combining WavCor and FlatCor offers users a wide variety of panel options that can be tailored to meet performance requirements. Applications include furniture and cabinetry, interior signage, POP displays, doors and millwork, and many others.
Toilet Guard
The Tri-FLO Toilet Guard (patent pending) uses a smart microprocessor that learns a toilet’s flushing habits and will stop the flow of water to the toilet if it is flowing longer than normal. Not only does the device stop the water from flowing to the toilet, but when the flapper gets stuck or if it is faulty, an audible alarm is also sounded to alert the user. This ensures that water will not continue to run, which could cause both significant loss of water as well as catastrophic damage to not only the bathroom, but other areas of a school.
