Trevor Bechtold

HOK recently announced that Trevor Bechtold, an associate in HOK’s Kansas City office, will join Nate Appleman, AIA, LEED AP, (Kansas City) and John Rhodes (London) as directors of the firm’s Sports, Recreation + Entertainment group. Bechtold will focus on collegiate and university clients.

“We have appointed Trevor to this leadership positions in anticipation of future growth in our dynamic sports market,” said Carl Galioto, FAIA, HOK’s president.

Bechtold has extensive experience in the design of sports facilities, with recent projects including the Penn State University Lasch Building and Clemson University’s Allen N. He understands how to work with administrators, coaches and student-athletes to develop spaces that meet the needs of all constituents at the highest levels of competition in collegiate sports.
