It is with great enthusiasm that School Construction News welcomes Dave Finn to its Editorial Advisory Board.
As Vice President of education for Blach Construction, Finn oversees all facets of Blach’s education market pursuits across Northern and Southern California, from business and partnership development to project oversight and client relations. He leverages his more than 40 years of field, operations and education construction experience, married with acute organizational skills, to manage diverse teams and complex projects. Highly regarded for counseling his clients through the construction process, Finn adeptly provides a seamless experience tailored to each unique project, supported by the appropriate resources and expert guidance. As a result, he consistently delivers successful outcomes for his clients and their constituents.
Critical to his role, Dave stays abreast of current legislation and project delivery trends and is an active participant in education facilities and industry organizations, such as Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH), California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO), and Community College Facilities Coalition (CCFC).
Finn replaces Blach Construction colleague Kim Scott, who SCN thanks greatly for sharing her insights and expertise on numerous occasions in recent years.
