The 5-foot x 40-feet membrane weighs less than 100 pounds and fits easily inside most service elevators. It is puncture and tear resistant, and utilizes hot melt adhesive technology to provide bond strength between the fleece backing and the membrane.

The Durham Manufacturing Company makes a storage cabinet available in four versions. One model of the cabinet offers an all-open interior with louvered back and door panels on which bins can be mounted. Both series have built-in flow control, three outlet options, and low maintenance cost. Both are heavy-duty polyethylene, can be installed above or below grade and provide grease storage.
Jonti-Craft Inc. manufactures the Communication Center, a mobile piece of furniture that can be used to process student check-in and manage messages, mail and homework. It features a pull-out drawer that is 37 1/2 inches in height and is suitable for a laptop. On the front of the center is a dry-erase board for posting or displaying projects.

Marks USA introduces the Survivor Set, a decorative cylindrical lever lockset that features a clutch mechanism to reduce wear and abuse. The cylindrical lock chassis is constructed with cast retractors on bronze roller bearings.
When locked, levers disengage from the retractor and other interior mechanisms of the lock. The levers swing without resistance, reducing the amount of wear and protecting from drooping.
The lockset is available in 2 3/8-inch and 2 3/4-inch backset, and has a three-hour fire rating and a lifetime mechanical warranty.
