Developer CCI Real Estate is working with designer Poole & Poole Architecture and general contractor True North Companies on a $24-million redevelopment of a nearly 2-acre parcel on the Georgia Southern University campus.
Working in concert with general contractor True North Companies and designer Poole & Poole Architecture, developer CCI Real Estate is working to reimagine a 1.79-acre property at the center of Georgia Southern University as a mixed-use residential and retail environment. CCI is partnering with the Baptist College Ministries (BCM) on the redevelopment effort.
