CU Boulder Moves Ahead on Sprawling Student Housing Site
Property development firm Landmark Properties is developing a 15-acre site adjacent to the University of Colorado Boulder campus, which will soon be the home to The Standard at Boulder, a 936-bed student housing complex that also entails a six-acre “green space.”
