Technical Concepts offers automatic flushing units, faucets, and soap dispensers that require no hand contact. The AutoFlush activates toilets and urinals in about two minutes and an Auto-Flush can be installed to replace a hand-operated valve without shutting off the water.

The AutoFaucet also operates with sensors, cam gears, and 4 “D” alkaline cells. The dual sensor system guarantees water flow when hands are placed anywhere under the spout, according to the manufacturer, which also says the AutoFaucet can reduce water consumption by as much as 70 percent.

Flushing Units

Technical Concepts introduced two new products-the AutoFlush Clamp and the AutoFlush for Tank Toilets-to complement its touch-free faucets, flushers, soap dispensers, and related products. The AutoFlush Clamp is an automatic flushing device that can be placed over the existing handle on a toilet or urinal. It is a cost-effective way to convert to a touch-free flushing system that ensures flushing after every use, helps eliminate odors, and prevents cross-contamination.

Pivoting Wall Shower

The AXIS Pivoting Wall shower features a hinge design that allows quick installation and easy maintenance since no dismantling of the unit is necessary, the company says.

By unscrewing one side of the shower panel, the unit swings away from the wall, providing access to components. Supplies run on the outside of the wall and are concealed within a vertical or horizontal shroud.

ADA-Compliant Shower Unit

Barrier-free shower unit from the Swan Corporation is designed to comply with ADA regulations and can be used in both new construction and retrofit projects. The unit is manufactured from Swanstone solid surface that can be applied directly over existing wall tile.

The shower fits a standard 30-inch by 60-inch bathtub space and is available with drains that match either left- or right-side plumbing setups. A grab bar and folding shower seat also are included, as is a separate ramp section that adjusts to different floor heights for a barrier-free entrance.
