Flooring Contracts Awarded

NEW YORK-Jordan Kane Floor Coverings Inc. was awarded the flooring contractor contract for eight public schools in the Bronx, Manhattan and Brooklyn.

The project involves importing specialized sound deadening cork from Portugal combined with special acoustic rubber wall coverings. Custom carpet manufactured by Interface was also incorporated into the project.

In other news, Jordan Kane announced it has teamed up with Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary Shaw Industries to design and replace the flooring at Columbia’s Business School.

Jordan Kane Floors has been chosen as the flooring contractor with over $300,000 in contracts from the business school. Recently, with the help of Shaw Industries, Jordan Kane customized the flooring that became the standard throughout the facility.
