Fire-Rated Doors and Frames

Fireframes Heat Barrier System, manufactured by Technical Glass Products, is a fire-rated framing system that uses Pilkington Pyrostop glass to create a barrier to radiant and conductive heat transfer.

The system allows fire doors to incorporate large glass panels for aesthetic or security reasons and carries fire ratings from 60 minutes to two hours. The product is listed and labeled with Underwriters Laboratories Inc. and Underwriters’ Laboratories of Canada.
