VEGETABLE CUTTER

The GFP500 and GFP550 vegetable cutters are available from Globe, a provider of food preparation equipment.

Cutters are designed with slower RPMs and sharp blades to retain the cell structure of the product, which extends shelf life, says the manufacturer. More than 40 styles of cutting discs are available to replicate different hand-cutting styles, such as gaufrette and brunoise cuts.

The company has updated the look of the products with a blue exterior along the handle and a new logo design. Cutters are constructed of metal and come with a two-year parts and labor warranty.
