Budget crunch could cut $26 million in construction projects from school (WHAS TV11 Louisville)

(WHAS11) – A budget crunch in Kentucky could cut $26 million in construction projects from one of Jefferson County’s oldest high schools.   Valley High School Principal Gary Hurt says he’s spearheading a phone-call effort to change the mind of legislators.   The principal says Valley has had no construction in more than 30 years and renovations are needed due to the Fort Knox expansion.
