Even a construction fence can be pleasant to the eye say artists working on fence at South Euclid’s Cedar Center

Construction fences can be so drab and utilitarian. Whats more, they are see-through and dont hide the dirt piles, broken pipe and smashed concrete that lurks behind them. In other words, there isnt much to recommend a construction fence, aesthetically speaking.
