R.C. Construction, a Rialto, Calif.-based builder, recently hired Rob Carley as vice president of pre-construction services. A Southern California native, Carley has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
Rey Navarro
Rey Navarro was recently hired as business development manager at education and research construction expert Taisei Construction of Cypress, Calif. In his new role, Navarro will be responsible for overall direction of day-to-day business development, client relations, marketing and sales in Taisei’s Southern California region.
