WHR Associate Promotions

WHR announces the promotion of eight architects, designers, and business minds to the rank of associate in the firm’s Houston and Dallas offices, representing the firm’s healthcare and education, science and technology studios, as well as Genesis Planning and the firm’s administration.

On the architectural team in Houston, Anthony Thomas, Associate AIA, serves as a designer within the healthcare studio, where, in addition to his successful project work, his art and graphic design talents are invaluable on design competitions.

As a designer, Hyung Jin Yoon, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, creates eco-friendly, human environments and, as a BIM coordinator, helps to assure quality construction conditions.

Ken Phipps, Associate AIA, serves as project manager on multiple higher education and research laboratory projects.

Kim Ogles, CSI, CDT, specifications writer and editor, shares a wealth of experience from her background as project coordinator for a healthcare project management firm.

Beth Green brings more than 11 years of experience in the field of architecture to her role as project coordinator for the healthcare studio.

On the business management side, Jennifer Casbeer serves as the project accountant for the Genesis Studio, the EST Studio, and federal projects.

As the business manager, Karen Nimon brings extensive experience in business management and operations to Genesis Planning.

In Dallas, Miranda Morgan, Associate AIA, has a dual role as a senior architectural intern and medical planner with 14 years of experience in both commercial and healthcare fields.
