The New School to Consolidate Arts Programs
NEW YORK — New York’s renowned university, The New School, is strengthening its performing arts programs and capacity with an extensive renovation to its 105,000-square-foot Arnhold Building, located in Manhattan.


MANHATTAN, Kan. — Construction on the National Bio and Agro-defense Facility (NBAF) at Kansas State University in Manhattan will likely begin in May, and is scheduled to take about five years.
ASHLAND, Ore. — Southern Oregon University (SOU) continues to improve and expand, with more than $130 million in capital improvements scheduled or completed since 2010.
The Board of Trustees of New York University recently announced the appointment of Vice Chancellor Andrew Hamilton as the university’s 16th president. Hamilton — a noted chemist, Fellow of the Royal Society and former Provost of Yale — will take up his duties in January 2016. At Yale, Hamilton was also the Benjamin Silliman Professor of Chemistry and Professor of Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry.
