Grady Ritua

Construction and facility management firm Gilbane recently appointed Grady Ritua to senior project executive of the firm’s Los Angeles office. With nearly 25 years of construction industry experience leading education and healthcare projects, Ritua will aid in Gilbane’s client experiences and collaboration, while bringing expertise in progressive design-build methods and high-level project development. 

In his most recent role, Ritua served as Gilbane’s project director where he managed several education, healthcare and commercial projects with a portfolio value of $860 million. During his time as project director, Ritua led groundbreaking projects, including the $280 million UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital. A LEED-accredited professional, he holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in building science from the University of Southern California.
