Hampton Cove Elementary School in Huntsville is bursting at the seams. The school exceeds its capacity by about 200 students. Huntsville City Schools are building a new school to solve the problem, but it’s suffered delays. Some wet weather has hampered the process, so now the construction team is trying to catch up. The question is, will it open in time for next school year?
