DeAngelis Diamond, a construction firm headquartered in Naples, Fla., has promoted Chief Operating Officer Reggie Morgan to President.
Morgan will now oversee day-to-day operations and execute the board’s strategic vision for the firm, which has completed projects across multiple verticals, including education, healthcare, aviation, manufacturing and more. Morgan first joined the company as Director of Construction in 2006 and was later promoted to CEO of Healthcare/COO of Commercial. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior project manager with MJ Harris Company and a project manager with Whitaker Construction.
Following Morgan’s leadership transition, the company’s co-founders, David Diamond and John DeAngelis, will serve as co-chairs of the board, with Diamond continuing to serve as CEO. DeAngelis will focus on client development and strategic partnerships.
