Pavement is created from a mixture of natural soil and Road Oyl, a dust control and soil stabilization product. The mixture is determined by soil and weather conditions. Users can maintain the pavement system by topically applying the oil as needed.

The company provides turnkey service and will visit the site to assist users in developing customized pavement systems.
