The new 101P bulk linen cart from Meese Orbitron Dunne Co., is rotationally molded of polyethylene in a single piece to eliminate welds, fasteners and other components that can wear and weaken during operation. It can pack loads up to 800 pounds and comes standard with a powder-coated, full-perimeter steel base and industrial strength casters.
It features a hinged shelving system that allows one person to convert its two plastic shelves from its horizontal clean linen delivery position to its vertical soiled linen return position without removing the shelves.
Royal Wood introduces a new outside corner post to help eliminate face nailing. The nailing flange is made in one continuous piece to decrease installation time, and an inside corner post is available to complete it. Constructed with an ASA acrylic polymer cap, the posts are resistant to discoloration and free of knots, surface defects and finger joints.
The corner posts are weather-resistant and can be installed at grade level and put in contact with masonry. They come in prefinished white and are available in lengths of 10 and 20 feet, in a smooth or textured finish.
The Deckhand one-person portable floor scale for shipping and receiving, bulk loading and piece counting, is available from Alliance Scale Inc. It features a battery- operated weight indicator, two wheels, a folding ramp, a column with hand grips and an optional ramp for wheeling containers on and off its platform.
The digital weight indicator has a five-digit, 1-inch high LCD display with button selectable functions and includes an RS-232 output.
ICM Controls introduces the CC750 Comfort Control Center, a variable frequency/voltage blower motor speed control that helps maintain air quality and moisture levels. It controls the blower speed in existing HVAC systems and reduces humidity levels by removing excess moisture in the air.
The product can be used with a system equipped with advanced indoor air quality devices and installed by a trained HVAC contractor. It uses a menu-driven program and is designed for single-phase systems. It is available in 115 VAC and 230 VAC models.
DuctSox introduces the Designer Series fabric option for HVAC systems, a patterned fabric duct collection for commercial buildings with exposed ductwork. The series features a UL-approved polyester-blend fabric with a built-in antimicrobial treatment to minimize mold and mildew.
The set can be hung with a suspension cable, H-track or a suspension system that displays perpetual duct inflation during idle air handling periods.
Hoshizaki America introduces the Serenity Series Cuber Ice Machine, KMS-1230MLH, which produces up to 1,126 pounds of ice every 24 hours. It utilizes a remote condenser and compressor with a stainless steel evaporator that allows for individual crescent-shaped cubes to be formed on both sides of the evaporator.
An alert system sounds an audible warning when the machine needs service, and a removable water tank allows easy access to the beverage/ice dispenser and storage bin area when cleaning or removing parts.
