Cave Creek school district can access $13 mil in bond money

Cave Creek voters passed a $41.6 million bond in November 2000 to fund construction of two elementary schools, a middle school and a high school and to buy buses. Since then, the district has built Horseshoe Trails Elementary School and Sonoran Trails Middle School and bought several buses.
