SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — When it opens in the fall of 2015, Springfield’s Sherwood Elementary will likely set the standard for new school construction in the city. Milo Riverso, Ph.D., P.E., CMM, has been named the 2014 recipient of Manhattan College’s De La Salle Medal, which honors those that embody excellence, leadership and service to society. Riverso received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Manhattan College, and is currently president and CEO of STV Group, Inc, one of the nation’s largest engineering and architectural planning, design and construction management firms.
