PERKINS TWP. Perkins school board on Wednesday took the first step to place a levy on the November ballot, which could fund construction of a K-12 and community campus.

Construction on the new Rancho Santa Fe School campus is now in sprint mode according to project manager Tim Ireland. Plaster work and interior finish work is beginning and the scaffolding has come down on one building.

Crews from Anco Construction of Corinth this week began moving equipment onto the future site of the Oktibbeha County School District central office building. The site is located behind Mugshots, near the corner of Main Street and D.L. Conner Drive.
