Boston’s Gilbane Building Co. has been selected to provide construction management at risk services for the new $37 million Sherwood Middle School in Shrewsbury.

State auditors who investigated a complaint about a $1 million change order during construction of the new Cape Henlopen High School say district officials acted appropriately. They also say negotiations over the changed lighting system saved the district money.

With the state unexpectedly handing out $58 million in school construction loans this month, the Mobile County school board set an emergency meeting for 3 p.m. today to decide what it will propose to build.

ESCONDIDO, Calif.—-Echo Pacific Construction, Inc. has completed the first phase of Escondido High School’s Expansion and Modernization Project. Additionally Echo Pacific completed stadium improvements to the three comprehensive high schools which are Escondido High, Orange Glen High, and San Pasqual High School.
